One of things I love about using C-me behaviour profiles is that I can combine my passion for coaching and facilitation to deliver the best results for your team. For example, at Heart-Centred Leaders, I can create a bespoke package for your teams which can include 1:1 or group coaching sessions, so that staff can really dig deep into their profiles and understand how to get the best out of themselves and their colleagues.
